Chill 'n Grill - Petra Bianca BBQ Experience

Starting June 1st, every Monday evening, the doors of our vineyard open for the most convivial appointment of the summer: the new Petra Bianca BBQ Experience. A special evening designed to bring together good food, excellent wine, and the magical atmosphere of the sunset over the sea. The experience will unfold in two special moments, designed to let you experience the estate from sunset until late at night.

The Evening Program

From 7:30 PM – Aperitif and Dinner at the Shared Table

The evening begins in the heart of the vineyard with a welcome aperitif featuring typical local cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by artisanal focaccia freshly prepared by our Chef Antonio. Following this, we will make room for conviviality with a selection of grilled meats to share. All around a single large social table: a perfect opportunity to meet people, chat, and enjoy the sunset over the sea with a fine glass of wine.

From 10:00 PM – Cocktail Bar & DJ Set

From ten o'clock in the evening, the atmosphere changes its rhythm: entry becomes free for anyone wishing to join us for an after-dinner drink. The night continues with our cocktail bar fully active and a DJ set to dance under the stars.

Participation fee (Dinner): €60 per person (wine included)
Dinner starting time: from 7:30 PM
After-dinner: from 10:00 PM (Free admission, drinks à la carte)
Seats at the shared table are limited; reservations are mandatory.
