This year, the Petra Bianca Restaurant invites you to rediscover the true flavors and scents of Sardinia, through a menu that follows the rhythm of nature and the gifts that the land offers month after month.

Dining with us means embarking on a sensory journey: we exclusively use natural and organic raw materials from our territory, prepared with love by our Chef to create dishes that recall Sardinian tradition with a contemporary touch. Each dish is the result of passion and dedication—a perfect balance between ancient flavors and Gallurese gastronomic culture, designed to be enhanced by the wines produced directly in our cellar.
